Fitness Center

The center offers a wide array of cardiovascular and strength-training stations.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden features a stunning Fitness Center on-site at the venue, complete with all-new cardiovascular and weight training equipment.

Access to the Fitness Center is included as part of the club membership at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and available to all members during regular club business hours. Additionally, private training and workout classes with certified trainer Christian Rozpedski are available to both members and non-members. Take full advantage of these resources to elevate your fitness routine and achieve your health and wellness goals!

Adult Private Training Sessions

Includes a personalized fitness plan, one-on-one guidance from a certified trainer, and expert advice on exercise techniques. Achieve your fitness goals with tailored workouts and professional support. Call the Pro Shop to sign up. All sessions must be used within 2 months from date of purchase.

Adult Fitness Classes

A workout class includes a dynamic group session led by a certified instructor, featuring a variety of exercises to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. Enjoy a motivating and supportive environment that caters to all fitness levels.

Transform Tuesdays

  • 12:30pm - 1:30pm Tuesday
This class is designed to enhance your overall fitness both on and off the court. You will improve your speed, agility, and strength while reducing fatigue and preventing injuries. Each Tuesday will concentrate on specific muscle groups. Equipment used will include dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and body weight exercises.

Flexible Thursdays

  • 12:30pm - 1:30pm Thursday
Join our Flexible Thursdays class to enhance your overall flexibility and reduce the risk of injuries both on and off the court. The class is designed to improve your range of motion, which is essential for executing high-level tennis shots. Each session will feature a combination of stretches and resistance exercises to target the often-neglected muscles that are important for tennis. Resistance bands are used during this class.
